Join us for a tour and reception at the Wilbur Mansion!
The Wilbur Mansion was built in 1865 for EP Wilbur, one of the founders of Lehigh University, President of LV Railroad Company, and the Lehigh Valley’s first bank- EP Wilbur Trust. The Mansion will feature a restaurant, bar, and 9 boutique hotels rooms and the 4000 SF addition will be an event center with ample outdoor entertaining areas. The mansion has spectacularly preserved woodworking, tile, and stained glass from the 1800s and the expansion will feature more modern finishes.
On the top part of the 4.5 acre site will sit The Wilbur Views, a 50 unit building featuring luxury one and two bedroom apartments. Each unit will have high end finishes, a 5’x14’ balcony, and spectacular views of the Steelstacks, the Lehigh River, and surrounding hills of the LV. The building will have a lounge in the lobby, fitness center, basement storage, outdoor patio with fire pits, and a rooftop terrace.
