Join CREW Lehigh Valley for a breakfast tour of the six-story 20-million-dollar Gateway at Greenway Park Building, developed by ION Development Group that Bethlehem Mayor Robert Donchez called “the true anchor of the renaissance in South Bethlehem.”
Dennis Benner, President of Ion Development, Bethlehem, will share his vision to bring
underused urban sites to current, needed uses that generate economic growth. Jim Eck,
President of Quadratus Construction Management, will discuss the construction of the building in
a tight city site.
Major tenants of the 125,000 SF building include Lehigh University and St. Luke’s University
Health Network; construction is underway for Grille 3501 to open a roof-top restaurant by year’s
end. Leasing is by CBRE, a global real estate company, with offices in the Lehigh Valley. Apex
Management is the property management firm.
