– Amy will moderate this meeting and ask pertinent questions of our panel regarding this subject. She recently wrote an article in collaboration with Jarrett Laubach about Indoor Air Quality and following is the beginning of that article:
“According to the EPA, the average American spends 90% of their time indoors. A Gettysburg College Study, states that Americans spend a third of their time in the workplace. Indoor air quality (IAQ) is an important condition that affects every workplace. It contributes to the health, comfort, and well-being of all building occupants.”
- Stephen Davis (Servpro of Easton, Bethlehem and Whitehall) – Stephen Davis is the current Vice President of Servpro of Easton, Bethlehem & Whitehall. He has almost 30 years of experience in the Cleaning and Property Restoration Industries. He currently is Certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Master Restorer in Fire and Smoke Cleanup as well as a Master Restorer in Water Damage Restoration. He is certified by the American Bio Recovery Association in the cleanup of Bloodborne Pathogens. He holds various other Certifications in the Cleaning and Restoration Industry and is a State of Pennsylvania Certified Instructor for Continuing Education in the areas of multiple cleaning and restoration subjects.
- Nancy Wilson, CIH, REHS, CMC (Pennoni & Associates) - Nancy Wilson is a Certified Industrial Hygienist who works for Pennoni and Associates as a Senior Industrial Hygienist. She has been working for Pennoni for close to three years. Prior to working at Pennoni she worked for the Camden County Health Department for 27 years where she was a member of the County Hazardous Materials Response Team. She works on all types of industrial hygiene projects including but not limited to indoor air quality, mold testing, employee exposure monitoring, chemical testing, lead risk and assessment, noise pollution, radiation monitoring, etc.
- Lucy Paretti, PE (Barry Isett and Associates): Kathryn “Lucy” Paretti, PE heads the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Department of Barry Isett and Associates, an employee-owned multi-discipline engineering firm with eight offices and headquartered in the Lehigh Valley. Isett’s first female department head within the 180 associates and 11 departments, Lucy is a company shareholder and is licensed to practice engineering in 13 states .Lucy and her team have designed HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems for numerous projects throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania in the healthcare, recreational, educational, industrial and residential markets. In 2020, she was recognized by Lehigh Valley Business during its 40 under 40 celebration.
