The DEI Committee is dedicated to implementing CREW LV’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. Achieving and maintaining diversity, equity and inclusion is a long-term, ongoing process which takes intentionality, consistency and commitment. The DEI Committee strives to create this infrastructure and adjust to meet new needs, as the chapter grows and matures, and as the membership composition evolves. We will work to encourage our chapter leaders and members to dedicate time and effort to incorporate thoughtful DEI practices in order to make significant progress toward the goal of CREW becoming the undisputed global leader at advancing DEI in commercial real estate.
